How to connect a Tron wallet
Allown follows a Tron wallet by its address: TRX (staked TRX included) and USDT and USDC on Tron, with every transfer in and out. No keys needed.

- How it connects
- Public address
- Time
- About 2 minutes
What you need
- Your wallet app (TronLink, Trust Wallet, Ledger…)
- One minute
Step by step
Copy your address
- Receive
- TRX
- Copy
Open your wallet, choose Receive and pick TRX or USDT (TRC20): both use the same address. Copy it. It starts with
Tand is 34 characters long.If your USDT is on an exchange, the address it gives you belongs to the exchange. Connect the exchange instead.
Paste it into Allown
In Allown, open the account you want to fill, choose Add connection and pick Tron among the wallets. Paste the address and press Connect. Allown checks the address's built-in checksum, so a mistyped one is caught right away.
Why it’s safe
- A wallet address is public, like an account number: anyone can look it up, nobody can move coins with it.
- Allown never asks for your seed phrase (the 12 or 24 words) or your private key. Anyone who asks for them can take your coins: type them nowhere but your own wallet.
- Nothing to switch off later: to stop, remove the connection in Allown.
After you connect
Balances appear within a minute, then the history of TRX, USDT and USDC transfers. After that Allown checks the address every few hours. TRX spent on network fees (energy and bandwidth) is settled with one adjustment.
Wallets don't record what you paid, so Allown values every coin that arrived at the market price of its day. If you moved coins in from an exchange you've connected, connect it too: the move then shows on both sides.
Questions
My wallet app shows tokens Allown doesn't.
Fake USDT and other look-alikes are sent to Tron wallets unasked, often with a link to a scam site. Allown only counts the real USDT and USDC contracts. Don't interact with the others.
Is staked TRX included?
Yes, TRX staked for energy or bandwidth still counts as yours.
